Return Policy
Since we provide custom website design and web application solutions based on client specifications we cannot provide refunds.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
We want every client to be completely satisfied with our service and we stand behind our work. We offer free bug fixes for a period of 45 days following your final sign-off. If, at any time during the development process, you are not satisfied, we will make every attempt to make it right or we will stop work immediately and charge only for the work completed.
Fees
Our fee for website design, web programming and website maintenance is $100/hour. For larger projects we always provide a fixed quote based on the information and specifications you provide to us. This way, you will always know your total commitment. If, during the development of your site, you decide to include additional features, we will be pleased to provide a separate quote for this work.
