Understanding the Web Project
As part of our understanding, and before any contracts are signed, we will ask you to complete a Website Development Information form. This form is designed to help you identify specific website needs and help us understand your goals, objectives and preferences.
Based on your input we will prepare a detailed proposal for your consideration. We will identify the project scope, project phases, our development approach and provide a detailed list of costs. We will also provide a list of our representative work and identify the project team. If you decide to proceed with the project we will prepare a contract for your signature.
Next, we will meet with you to understand your business, your market and your brand strategy in more detail. We will work with you to clarify your short and long-term website goals, understand your competitive environment and comprehend your internal operating and technical environments.
We will work with you to define how the success of the project will be assessed. Based on our understanding, we will develop a detailed project plan that will serve as the road map as we develop your site. We will provide you with regular plan updates throughout the development process.
